5 stars to Daffy Ducts! The gentleman who cleaned my ducts was very courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. He also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended!

The customer care representative I spoke with also took the time to answer my questions and concerns, and she was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. again, highly recommend!

The company owner also took the time to phone me, and he appreciated my positive feedback. This shows that he truly cares about his company, employees, customers, and services that the company provides.

Mr *** was thorough with explaining what is to be done and kept periodically calling our attention to the condition of the ducts with visual . Was courteous and patient with the job . Very careful with personal belongings .
Highly recommend this cleaning business . Not the cheapest but if you get a 5 year warranty on their service it's worth it .

If I could give this company a 10 I would!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Awesome customer service!! After he was done he walked me through and showed me all the work he did and showed before and after pictures! He also showed me how to change my filter and told me what kind of filter it was! He even cleaned up after himself which was awesome! I will be using there services again in the near future and also telling friends and family!!!!!!!! Thank you sooo much Daniel!!!!! ð???

Daniel was very professional and proficient in cleaning our ducts. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and Daffy Ducts for your cleaning needs.

I was at first excited about having my Ducts cleaned, but afterwards, I was disappointed and didn't feel like I got everything I was promised. All my vents and returns were not cleaned and I was promised unlimited vents and returns. I'm not sure what happened in the Atic, because I wasn't checking. I trusted the company to do what they said they what do. If I made referral, I would suggest going through every room with the Tech and watching everything they do.

First time working with this company but it was a great experience. The technician (Daniel) was on time, answered any questions I had around the work he was doing and was efficient.

Patrick and Rod from Dafdy Ducts were extremely professional and thorough. They did an excellent job explaining the process and showing me photos of the ducts before and after cleaning. I appreciated how they were respectful of my home and made sure to clean any dust or debris from all areas upon completion. I would certainly recommend them.

My service was as expected. They two guys showed up on time and even kept me posted on the exact time they were going to be at my house. They were both friendly and professional. My dog even liked them and I didn't.have to put him up while they were there, unlike the HVAC guy that came two days later. I would use this service again on my three other rental homes.
