The tear in the banner was clearly caused by user error, forcing the pole incorrectly into the fabric. Even so, [redacted] repaired the damaged banner at no charge, sent detailed instructions on how to avoid similar damage in the future.

customer insisted on a new banner at no charge. [redacted] called his office and cell phone to discuss the issue and left his personal cell phone, but was never contacted. However, the customer continued to send threatening and unprofessional emails to the young lady handling the account.
[redacted] honored its warranties for its products and will continue to do so. [redacted] will not pay for products obviously broken by misuse, and will certainly not roll over in the face of threats or abuse to [redacted] staff.

They provided instructions on installing the banner the pole only goes in one way. they had to e mail the instructions because the product did not have any when it arrived (i got that e mail as well) and if that is the stand they are taking then why are BOTH banners now torn. It is a inferior product. I have all e mail correspondence saved and given to my boss, I have one VM from the owner saved and all phone logs made to there office with NO returns calls to me. and not any return e mails. we can provide all documentation.
they NEVER asked to see the product other than pictures and you can not tell from a picture of a tear how the pole was put in. THEY never offered for the product to be sent back plain and simple they do not honor there branded product.
Misuse is not done on two products in the same area. that is a defect in the CHEAP material.
