My child was previously enrolled in there Child care facility. I have called to ask for them to send me my tax forms for the previous year. they told me I had to pay a $25.00 dollar fee to receive this as they have no information on when my child was enrolled. As a single mother $25.00 is not easy to pay. this is a legal document that they are required to send by law and are refusing to unless I send them $25.00. I feel they would not work with me in any way. I did speak with my lawyer and accountant and they told me to attach a letter of refusal. I don't feel I should take this extra step when all they have to do is send out my information.
