I am rejecting this response because:FIRST OF ALL HIS WARRANTY STATES DAY THAT IS FIRST LIE SECOND LIE IS I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT AND HIS REPLY WAS TO SEND A LICENSED REPAIR DEALER R.OSTATING FAULT OF PART WHICH I DID THAN FOR NO REASON HE DENY'S ME SO I HAD NO CHOICE TO RETURN PART AND EVEN THAN ALLMOST WEEKS PASSED AFTER HIM RECEIVING FAULTY PART AND NO REFUND SO I OPENED A CASE AND IT WAS RULED IN MY FAVOR THRU *** WHICH IS TO WHOM FUNDS WERE TRANSFERRED THRU THIS MERCHANT TRIED TO DECEIVE ME OF MY MONEY AND STATED DAY WARANTY THAN LIES TO Revdex.com I CAN PROVE IT ALL IF NEED BE Revdex.com SHOULD SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN FOR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES

Hello, Customer ordered a part from ***, wanted to do a warranty claim after warranty expiration, still offered to help him with proof of failure (diagnostic sheet)or to simply send the part back for replacementCustomer refused and just sent a picture of a faulty code, even then I accepted
it and told him to simply send it back for a replacementHe kept asking us to pay for diagnostic or shippingI told him there are steps to warranty claims and I cant just accept it without proofAnyone can claim a used part is bad but there must be proof or simply send part back for replacementCustomer didnt like the hassle and kept calling us a "FOOL" and wouldnt cooperateThen,, he opens a case via *** (where it was purchased through) , *** reviewed all messages and case was closed in Toyauto Mart's favorI have all messages through ***, but when I copy and paste, it doesnt come complete in hereId like for someone at Revdex.com to contact me with a different email for me to cut and paste toKeep in mind this is a $part and its simply principle. Customer orders a part that he ended up not needing I guess. Randomly shows up at our door half a year later, nowhere near the warranty period. Does not consult with anyone before shipping it. I, [redacted],  email the customer back asking why this part just showed up at our door. Customer...

claims he didnt need it, I let him know that its well out of warranty period and definitely out of the 30-day return period ( as shown in attached file of the invoice). Customer claims we should pay to ship it back or refund him. This is ridiculous and makes absolutely no sense. We will gladly package  it back up and ship it back once customer emails us a return label. It sitting next to our front door waiting for customer to take action.
