DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Very disappointed! Mr. seemed very trusting and easy to work with but really let me down. We walked my job together and noted all needed work. Mr. submitted a bid which I tried to negotiate. We settled on a price after agreeing on some things I would complete myself. I did sign a contract with him that itemized the work to be done. Not everything we discussed was listed, here’s where I went wrong!!
I also asked about trash hauling and cleaning which he said would be done. I will say he provided quality work but during the process I asked about trash hauling again and his description changed, saying he would remove his trash but not what was already there. (I wrote this off as miscommunication). Once the work was completed - 3 days after the promised timeframe, I asked mr. to meet for a walkthrough. I did not receive a response until I text to let him know the water heater he installed was leaking. When he called back I was walking through and noticing multiple things we had discussed that we incomplete or ignored. When I asked about them, he said “that was not on the contract,”, but that he had done SOME items we discussed that he failed to include. He was very argumentative and made an issue of me asking about the trash hauling and said I was asking for extra work. I explained that we had discussed these items, some of which he had suggested. I made a list of my concerns and sent it to him, he responded saying the work was complete and that I would pay his balance tomorrow or he would file a lein. I had NEVER threatened non-payment, just asked for completion. Multiple attempts by me to meet, look, and discuss the job were refused. I paid the bill and hope to warn potential customers about this. If you use this guy complete details better be in writing and MAKE him meet you before completion.

Daigle Construction was able to get my family back in our home after the storm and made the experience easy. I was handling the situation alone and had lots of questions, ***n was patient and helped me understand the process and also helped me pick out products when I was unsure what to use. I appreciate the quality work they did on my home. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Home Repairs for my home at ***. Contract included "536.8 sq. ft flooring/flooring will be provided by customer and installed by Daigle Construction" - flooring, underlayment, transition pieces were all purchased prior to contract and in home when bid was given. Pictures were sent of work, flooring that was installed was vinyl and not approved by me. When questioned as to what happened to flooring that I purchased, Contractor indicated, "the buyer wanted different flooring, so I returned everything" and then proceeded to tell me that I approved the work, which I did not. I approved a paint color change, have documentation to prove it. No underlayment or subfloor was layed, large amounts of flooring were coming up, double layered in master bathroom. On Monday, October 16, Contractor reported, house was done. Next day, inspection of home revealed, door was never painted or installed(still sitting in garage), missing all transition pieces into rooms, floor was not attached, missing several trims pieces around door frames, gaps in window framing, significant amount of food/drinks left in my fridge, paint all over kitchen sink, paint all over grass outside, gate and partial fence removed - against my knowledge and was never part of contract. Upon conversation, contractor indicated "there was no gate" with emails to prove this. Contractor was willing to go back and fix repairs; however, door that needed to be replaced was just moved to another room, unknown as to what happened to new door that was purchased, ~2 inches of caulking was placed in window gaps, no trim was placed on sliding glass door, no trim under 1/2 bath vanity, no trim around tub, trim that was placed in areas is missing caulking and paint, window framing was not finished with missing caulking around nail holes. Thresholds were replaced, but flooring remains loose, and peeling up in areas and double pieces were placed in master bathroom.
