This issue was resolved with Mr***We issued a full
refund for the stay
I contacted the front desk agent that was working the night
Mr*** was checking in and she
stated that no one attempted to cheafter midnightWe
had people at the front desk that
night since person was training and neither empolyee heard
a guest banging on the front door
Regardless, we still refunded the full amount to Mr. ***
