In response to this complaint, I did initially send over our internal working files and not the final version however, the correct files were sent over when it was brought to my attention.I even ensured they were revised according to her requestsAs our correspondences show: · I invested my (and my teams) time in creating her announcement and bios· Delivered in good faith, and· Offered opportunities for revisions until satisfied which was still on the table when she submitted this complaint.Thank you for allowing me to respond

The bios and announcement that were created and revised were for Tashia ** *** as *** *** of TMF Accounting Services and an agent of *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** **.Daily Administration has continued to make it clear that its desire is to finalize this project since the revision delivery on March 23, and throughout this Revdex.com processIn an additional attempt to finalize, we even offered for her to make any needed revision requests known here as a neutral avenue to finalize.To date, it is now May 22, 2018, we have not received any feedback on the revised delivery, additional information to add, requests for an additional revision or indication that the provided revision was acceptable to aid in completing this project.Again, Daily Administration has: * Invested time in creating her announcement and bios * Made requested revisions * Delivered in good faith, and * Offered opportunities for revisions until satisfied which was still on the table when she submitted this complaint.Clearly services have been provided and attempts to finalize have been made.If she has changed her direction or if her needs have shifted since the inception of this project and/or after requested revisions of her bios and announcement have been made, that is a separate business decision on her part that does not pertain to finalizing what has been started

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not satisfied with the response from Daily Administration, plus I do not not appreciate the false statement that something was sent to Better Homes & Gardens Reliance Partners.  My real estate company has nothing to do with me independently hiring Daily Administration for some professional documents.  No revisions were submitted to my satisfaction.  I did receive a rude, unprofessional message defiantly expressing no desire to work with me.  From the message I originally forwarded to the Revdex.com of Wisconsin it is clear the only way to move forward would be with a full refund of funds rendered for services not provided.My intentions were to bring this matter to the Revdex.com to showcase the lack of professionalism Daily Administration is offering an internet service provider.  At no point has Daily Administration contacted me to rectify the situation.  At this point the only resolution would be refund of funds rendered for services not provided. Regards,
