We spoke with customer just this past week The manufacture of the equipment FAFCO is who this needs to be directed at We however will facilitate any upgrades and or fix that they recommend We have no issue helping out in remedy, but cannot control what the manufacture doesWe will reach out to the customer for a 4th time to discuss We are open for any ideas the consumer and or Revdex.com has to resolveWe want nothing but for the customer to be happy Please Advise

Hello, Our technician was just out at your propriety to diagnose it The inverter was deemed faulty and is being fixed as we discussed when out at your home Unfortunately the manufactures dont work as fast as we want them to As soon as the inverter comes in it will be fixed If you have any further questions call us ###-###-####

Hello Ma'am,No money was ever paid out or received by ERUS as you canceled the contractWe have not started any work , No problem with us on this In this case the money you got charged was via [redacted] The bank not ERUSWe have the job canceled on our end and would be glad to help you contact [redacted] if you need helpTypically they take a couple days to process this
