In response to Mr [redacted] ClaimMr [redacted] purchased his vehicle in from [redacted] Auto ParkIt was a vehicle that was upfitted through an outside vendor, [redacted] ***We, Allen Samuels Chevrolet Bucik GMC, bought out [redacted] Auto Park on June 22, We absorbed responsibility of [redacted] customers in the transition for all warranty and mechanical issuesHowever since Mr [redacted] complaint is with his rims, a non-mechanical issue, we referred him back to [redacted] for his concernThe rims should be warrantied through [redacted] as they were the vendor responsible for the partsAllen Samuels has no affiliation with [redacted] and does not use them as an upfit vendorAllen Samuels' Service Manager, [redacted] , heard the needs of Mr [redacted] and tried to reach out to [redacted] to assist Mr [redacted] even though we have no account or affiliationAfter several attempts he was provided the name of Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] passed along Mr [redacted] 's information to Mr [redacted] so Mr [redacted] could get this issue resolved with [redacted] ***Mr [redacted] was not successful in his effortsAt that point Mr [redacted] continued to assist Mr [redacted] in getting in communication with [redacted] ***The result was the concession to replace the rims for Mr [redacted] from [redacted] ***'s stand pointMr [redacted] agreed to accept shipment of the rims and mount Mr [redacted] tires on the new rims for him for the fee of $80, standard tire mount price[redacted] then shipped the rims to [redacted] Chevrolet in Corpus Christi, formerly an Allen Samuels dealershipWhen Mr [redacted] called [redacted] about the error, they gave him the "not our problem" attitudeAllen Samuels has no means to access these rims from [redacted] as our dealerships have no connectionMr [redacted] informed Mr [redacted] about the error made on the behalf of [redacted] and told Mr [redacted] if he would like to go to [redacted] to pick up the rims we would be more than happy to mount his tires to themMr [redacted] then insisted that Allen Samuels handle this shipmentTo this point we feel we have been more than accommodating to Mr [redacted] in assisting him with an issue he has with [redacted] ***We tried to contact [redacted] to assist us, Allen Samuels, in the shipment of the rims, but as we expected they are not willing to ship at their costMr [redacted] has contacted [redacted] to inquire about why they rims were sent to [redacted] and they have no reasoning as to why they were sent there versus to us, even though Mr [redacted] had provided them the shipping informationWe've requested reimbursement from [redacted] if we were to get them shipped from AutoNation to our location and have been told no by [redacted] ***Mr [redacted] expects us to pay to have the rims picked up or shipped hereWe at Allen Samuels feel we have been more than accommodating in assisting Mr [redacted] as we share no fault in this issueFor any future needs regarding mechanical issues with Mr [redacted] vehicle, Allen Samuels is more than willing to be of any assistance we can [redacted] - Marketing Manger, Allen Samuels Chevrolet Buick GMC on behalf of [redacted] - President and General Manger of Allen Samuels Chevrolet Buick GMC

In an enduring effort to assist Mr [redacted] with this non-Allen Samuels issue, Service Manager at Allen Samuels, [redacted] , has succeeded in getting the rims shipped from [redacted] in Corpus Christi to our location in Hearne, TX at the expense of the upfitter, [redacted] ***When the rims arrive at Allen Samuels in Hearne, TX next week, Mr [redacted] is welcome to pick them up and get them installed where he sees fit [redacted] - Marketing Manager at Allen Samuels Chevrolet Buick GMCon behalf of [redacted] - President and General Manager at Allen Samuels Chevrolet Buick GMC
