Daily Denture Service

I made appt.for consultation this a.m to see if dentist would recommend dentures.my apt was at 10:30 a.m. I read on there web site that office would give me bill to sent in,there was nothing about not taking or providing me with bill to send to [redacted] insurance is medicare supplement there was no information given to me on phone when I made appt.the lady at front desk was rude to me.
