I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They have never tried to resolve anything with me via mail or phone! I'll I have done is complained about their curbside pickup issues and I was terminated by Daily Disposal after I complained about their laziness to take additional green waste in my containers or additional recycling left to the side or on top
This is just a statement to try to rectify their discrimination and breach of contract

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Their last reply is based on my first complaint with the Revdex.com and then daily disposal services Incdecided to cancel and terminate the contractI never asked to cancel my contract with daily disposal nor did I request wanting a new service provider for trash, recycling and yard wasteDaily disposal is only canceling my contract in retaliation to the Revdex.com complaint and offered no resolution to their lazy and faulty internal procedures when they have in the past picked up additional containers for yard waste and additional recycling that was placed either on the side of the container or on top of the containerSo their response stating that they're fully automated vehicles cannot pick up additional trash or recycling or yard waste is just a ploy to get out of the contract and they determined that they are not in breach of contract or for discrimination.This is a classic case of discrimination by retaliation once a customer makes waves due to making a complaint about their services because they are either too lazy to pick up the additional yard waste or recycling items and they just want to get rid of me before I determine if I should hire an attorney to fight this in court.At this point daily disposal has not picked up several times in the past for the trash, recycling or yard waste and therefore I'm requesting four months of service be refunded if not then I will take this to court and we can waste attorney's fees, time and money fighting because they are too stubborn to admit their faults and own up to a growing problem.This is my last reply and I will only accept a refund!

Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding Mr*** *** have had in regards to the services we provideAgain, Mr*** signed up for reoccurring monthly curbside services with Daily Disposal for months in which we provide (3) 95gl carts for (3) separate commodities to be collected on a weekly basesWe will not collect any materials in addition to what is placed inside our carts. Our resolution was to let Mr*** out of contract since he was so displeased with our serviceThe terms of this agreement have a penalty for early termination, which we waived so Mr*** can find another provider.Daily Disposal has performed as scheduled providing weekly pickups and never defaulted, as agreedTherefore the refund as requested by Mr*** is not warrantedAs stated in the prior Revdex.com complaints by Mr*** we failed to pick up the excess waste and recycling on top and along side the carts, which again is not part of our agreement, and is not part of our operating proceeders as our fully automated collection vehicles are not capable of doing so.Thank you, Revdex.com for your time in addressing this issue

Please find attached.Thank you,Mr. [redacted] contracted with Daily Disposal for our residentialcurbside waste and recycling service. This service includes weekly pickup of a (1) 95gl waste, (1) 95glrecycling, and (1) 95gl green waste cart. These carts are serviced by fullyautomated collection trucks,...

in which the drivers do not get out of the trucksto service these carts. We do not pick up any additional waste or recyclingoutside of our carts.  If customers leave contents on top of our providedcollection carts we are unable to service them again do to the automatedprocess of our collection vehicles. This is company policy. Upon the collectiontruck automated arm gripping the cart and lifting the carts above ground leveland tipping the contents into the truck the materials left on top of the cartswill fall to the ground.  We have tried to appease Mr. [redacted] in his complaints about hisservice various times without resolution. Mr. [redacted] signed a 36 month serviceagreement which we have decided to cancel due to Mr. [redacted]s displease with ourservices. Daily Disposal gave Mr. [redacted], 30 notice of cancellation to enable himample time to choose from various other haulers to satisfy his waste andrecycling needs.  Mr. [redacted], will receivehis last scheduled service from Daily Disposal on April 3, 2015. Attached are the signed certified notice of cancellation byMr. [redacted] as well as the signed service agreement which states our terms andconditions.

We have contacted the [redacted] to let him know that we will have the home that has subscribed to our service to bring the carts down to Sunset Road.  Our trucks will no longer access the easement as per his request on the complaint. [redacted] has been contacted by both phone and email...
