Dear Sirs,I regret *** difficulty at the Daily Dozen Doughnut Co Though I believe the interaction in question was with *** husband and not her at all I will of course reimburse her the $for the cost of her purchase I am a small business located at the Pike Place
Market and have been at this location for years I have never had a complaint like this.We make our doughnuts all day long, at least times over a hour day, it is simply not possible for our product to not be fresh They ordered chocolate with sprinkles (its the only thing on the menue at that price) chocolate sprinkle doughnuts are never hot, like our cinnamon sugar doughnuts are The reason is perhaps obvious -- the chocolate and sprinkles would melt.Please instruct how I may reimburse them Should I send a Cashier's Check to you?
