On August 4th I went to Public School at XXXXX Ventura Blvd STE [redacted] Sherman Oaks CA XXXXX phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX I signed up for there Insider Rewards and I accidently signed up of my e-mail addresses thinking that you can do that but when I came to this location on August 4th with a friend of mine we ordered and had our meal and then while we were walking out the manager of this restaurant [redacted] said to me "I need a word with you" I said "you can say it in-front of my friend" and he said "Oh I don't want you to be embarrassed" so he proceeded to tell me that I signed up multiple times with there Insider Rewards Program I was going to explain but he told me that I had multiple complaints against his restaurant which is not true there was only complaints that I had made against his restaurant and he told me that he didn't want me at his restaurant because of this reason and he told me that he opted my e-mail accounts and he was accusing me of doing this to get

The event contract that was processed for the shower was beverage inclusive. We have reviewed all security camera's for the event and are sure that the guest was charged correctly.

The verbal and written contract that we signed with [redacted] stated that alcohol was to not be on the bill. The cameras may show how many drinks were ordered/delivered but the number of drinks remaining on the final bill was incorrect. Daily Grill did not accurately remove drinks from the final bill that were paid for by our guests. If you would like to sit down with me to go over the final bill and all of our guests receipts I will be happy too. If you don't I understand why, but I will not accept the extra charges on my final bill for the alcohol mentioned in my first email.
