I placed an order on novand as of today decI ha still not received my orderI tried calling the phone number provided for this company but a recording tells you to send them an e-mailvery dissatisfiedwill NOT order again from them

First few times I had no problems other then a broken Multi-remote for Tv/Dish which I KEPT (volume up/down) does nt work wont re program Asked for a replacment be sent to me charge my card that day send me another and I d send it back and get a refund to my credit card sounds easy enough right ? NOT ..was a disaster I had to RE ORDER IT AGAIN they at Customer?? Service??? Not on the phone of course they don't have one so it was a Email nightmare ..I guess they "Flagged" my account as a PIA" (pain in the *** CUSTOMER) since then I have spent a total $since July new customer
Back to this LAST issue I ordered worth of items checked order "progress" ticket saw it was there as they TOOK the money on the 27th of August Today is Sept 9th still don't have it I had sent emails got a NASTY snotty response from *** "this is the First she'd heard for me though I was responding to HER email in my second attempt to find what the "progress" was Obviously she got the FIRST request as I recieved another "were working in it " response
I was then LUCKY enough to talk to someone that "took " interest told me that my order was NOW ON HOLD they had my money days ago on "hold" did nt make any sense I ll let you know more when I finally receive it AS far as ordering anything else they have REMOVED me from there mailing list which is fine with me
Lost a good customer I used to OWN Stores my first rule was Customer Service These people (or the owner) needs to get more involved

Despite "sale" prices, the merchandise is either used, or defective, and it is impossible to get an RMA without the threat of legal actionI had to have my credit card company reverse the charges, as they would neither reply to my email, nor respond to my request for an RMA

I ordered a pair of studded earrings, got ticket saying it was sent out on 11/25/It's now 12/8/Still haven't received it

Daily sales.com is a rip off companyOnly a email response and they charged my credit card several times for one orderNot sure what is happening but shipping is very slow tooStill waiting for a purchase on the 9th of this month

Being in retail all my life I should have known for hotel quality sheets was way to cheapWell now I know whyWashed the sheets as per directions and when taking them out of dryer noticed thin spots on both sheets and pillow casesFigured they were seconds so no biggieAs I am putting the fitted sheet on the bed the elastic breaks which tells me they are rottedMy mistake for not checking reviews firstI will not be sending back as I refuse to pay shipping backJust wanted to let people know to be careful what you buy from them

Fast and accurate, will shop dailysale again!

I have ordered Christmas items three times this month. Every time I contact them for shipping info they tell me that they have no record of my orders. When I go back , under the pretense of ordering more, they seem to find all my info quickly ! An "official e-mail " ,with a name attached, [[redacted]] tells me they can't identify me or my orders, although I have a copy of the ordered items sent to me in the beginning. Sounds very fishy !

Very disappointed. Merchandise is not what I expected. Very cheap. Sewing machine is a refurbished machine and that was not disclosed online. Very substandard. Didn't get everything I ordered. These were suppose to be Christmas gifts and there is no way I am giving this to anyone. Very disappointed

I placed my order over the past weekend and found that their on-line order software did not allow me to make adjustments in colors when I ordered multiples of the same
item. I put the order through anyway hoping to call customer service to make the color adjustments where I ordered multiple items. There is no way to contact these folk by phone. I emailed them immediately upon discovering this and just after placing my order the past weekend and I have yet to receive a reply. I am a bit concerned for my order consist of Christmas gifts for some of my folk.

I receive an order today which is not at all what I expected .I like to return it but seem to hit a wall.
Can someone pls tell me where I can return this product.

Arrived in record time. Julie was very courteous in providing updates throughout the delivery process.

Ordered an iPad on 12/21 product arrived at my door on 12/23 now that's what I call service!

When paying for my order, I noticed the option to use my Amazon account, which I did, so now that I have a problem with a return Amazon can help me with Daily Sale, because they don't seem to want to respond to my emails about return/refund instructions.So, if you paid through Amazon,call them for assistance.

STAY AWAY, WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER HER FROM THEM AGAIN!! STAY AWAY!! CROOKS

They never shipped product. Took $70,00 from account and there is no one to talk with. Sent about 10 emails.

This is, by far, my favorite website of all time! They have the best deals around (even if you're not saving as much as they claim) the products they have are cheaper than any other site that I look up. Everytime I see a deal I want to purchase I look up competing sites and dailysale is always cheaper. Keep in mind just like infomercials don't expect really expensive type quality. The products definitly aren't low quality just keep in mind you get what you pay for. They have free shipping on every item (you can choose priority shipping) and the support team is undeniably great. I once ordered a group of items, one of which did not appear with my order. I shot them an e-mail giving them the order number and the item not in my package and the next day I got an e-mail back saying they had shipped me another one that day! There was no hassle about speaking to a representative or trying to prove to butthead people that you in fact did not recieve what you claimed. It was just easy, I trusted them and they trusted me. The products they have are always unique and interesting and I just love the experience. Most deals stay on the site longer than they claim (but I like not being rushed) and some change products daily. You just never know what neat thing (for a great price) you're going to see. Every chance I get I buy from them and have never had a regret!
