Review: I bought a DailyCandy Deal for a restaurant. The restaurant owner said that DailyCandy never paid him so he is not honoring the prepaid voucher. The voucher should be honored for the price of purchase for up to 5 years. He said take it up with DailyCandy, that it's not his problem. DailyCandy has not responded to emails I have sent for them to refund my money. I have provided them the invoice number of my purchase with them, the restaurant the deal voucher was for, and the amount they should refund me. I have received absolutely no response from them. I should not have to pay for a restaurant voucher that the restaurant is not honoring. Voucher [redacted] Your Purchase SUMMARY Price: $38 Quantity: 1 Your Card was charged: $38Desired Settlement: DailyCandy needs to refund me the money I paid for the discount restaurant voucher. The restaurant owner will not honor purchased restaurant vouchers through DailyCandy.

This customer was refunded on 9/** and was informed that his check would be arriving within 3 weeks.
Review: I purchased a Daily Candy deal [redacted] back on September *, 2012 and I paid $75 for a $150 deal at Bluefly.
The deal expired November **, 2012 but my understanding is that I am still entitled to a credit for the amount that I paid, $75.
The URL on the deal is [redacted]r and it is no longer valid. I contacted Bluefly and they said to take it up with Daily Candy.
I sent Daily Candy an email via their email contact system the first week of September, and again on Friday, September **, but I have only received an automated email saying that my email was received. I have not had any other correspondence from them.
Based on a New York Times Haggler ([redacted]) story, I also contacted Group Commerce, which is now part of NimbleCommerce, the third party that executes the orders. That is also the entity that was billed on my American Express (###-###-#### Group Comm New York). They told me to contact Daily Candy.
I think that it is unethical for them to a) not provide a means for honoring the amount that I paid, b) not getting back to me.
Thank you,
[redacted]Desired Settlement: I am fine with spending my $75 credit at Bluefly or I would also be fine with a refund on my credit card.

Response:
Revdex.com - please see below resolved issue for the complaint #[redacted]. We never figured out where her complaints went initially but the CS team has been in contact and refunded her for the order.
Thank you for getting back to me. My address is [redacted].
Also, FYI, since I hadn't heard back from you (after 2 emails), I did report you to the Revdex.com of NY. If I had received this email 2 days ago, I would not have done that.

Review: I have sent several emails within a 2 week period asking for my email address to be taken off of their contact list. I have tried to use the unsubscribe option as well, and it is very confusing. Now, I am constantly receiving unwanted emails from this site. Currently, I have 15 emails in my inbox within a 3 day period.Desired Settlement: I do not want to receive any emails whatsoever from this site ever again!!!
