I signed up for a free three month trial of this subscription serviceAfter two months, I decided it was not for me and cancelledI thought everything was fine until two months later, when my credit card was suddenly charged by Daily LookI received nothing the month after cancelling, but they decided to charge me after thatTheir facebook page is filled with nothing but complaints from customers with similar problemsUnable to cancel, unable to get help from customer service, etcI was finally able to reach someone using the messaging system on their website, who now assures me that I am truly cancelled and will be refundedThey also told me that they didn't cancel my membership because they were still waiting to hear from their warehouse that I had returned all items to them - except that I received an email from them more than a month before the date they billed me saying that they had received everythingI would not recommend doing business with this company at all

I had a free trial that was to be for shipments After promising date after date, after date, I finally received my first box, months later than when first promised Don't know why they even have you bother filling out a profile, as they obviously pay ZERO attention to it I had stated ONLY cotton or silk clothing I received all polyester After the first box, I requested to NOT have DaNeen be my "stylist" as she hadn't provided what I'd requested Guess who was the stylist on my 2nd box? You guesses it - DaNeen After numerous live chats with "Melissa", at least one of which she intentionally disconnected me, not to mention the times she would just stop responding, I was offered a 4th shipment for free due to all my problems with DailyLook(And yes, I have copies of ALL conversations!) My 3rd box was promised for weeks ago Yesterday I received an email stating that my account has been "cancelled" because I didn't purchase anything from my first boxes Seriously?! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAILYLOOK ELITE
DO ALL OF YOUR BUSINESS WITH *** - they are the BEST!!!!!!!
