#*** was for two sets of two bottles each of Saw Palmetto. I only received half or the order even though I paid for the whole thing. I have tried to contact them by phone at least 4 times and by email 3 times with no response.

They took my money sent me one wrong item then claim my order is fulfilled via auto mail! The company ignores my attempts at contact. Buyer beware, I wish I would have known this is a shady company!

Dont buy from this company. They wont return your calls after they ship you the wrong products from a third party.

My complaint is about Price Gouging, Tax being charged in a Tax Free State for Vitamins, and Product Legitimacy Issues as stated by the product Manufacturer; March 20th I placed an Online order, Order # *** at *** for "3 bottles of vitamins", brand ***, Full Spectrum Vitamin K2 with MK-7, MK-4. *** sent me the invoic and the invoice did not come from DailyNutriPLus, LLC, but from a Private individual's account by the name of ***. The invoice was strange, I was billed, 7.06 "for each" bottle, a total of 21.12 "above" the manufacturers suggested selling price that is listed on the manufacturers website. ***. I was also charged 12.17 "sales tax of 15%". We are in the State of New Jersey and there is "No" sales tax on vitamins" (our regular tax is also much lower which was also a red flag). This is against Tax regulations. The invoice also charged an additional line item amount of .01 2x's. an additional .02 cents. The total over charge with the tax issue is: 12.17 + 02 + 21.12= $33.31. My total order was $93.27. When I saw that it was "not a Company billing me through *** but a Personal Name I was very concerned about the legitimacy of the product. I called the manufacturer ***, and they told me that Dailynutriplus.com and/or *** "ARE NOT" Authorized resellers of their products. They told me if I get the product that I should "NOT" use it as the manufacturer could Not confirm its legitimacy as to what was filled in the capsules. I spoke to Mr. *** at ***.com the product manufacturer. The manufacturer told me to contact ***, however *** has not responded. The initial *** invoice told me to Email: *** and said that was the Seller: at *** if I had any problem. I emailed him about the (a) overcharging, and (b)about being an unauthorized reseller and (c) stated in New Jersey we don't pay Tax on Vitamins and he has "not" responded. I provided my phone number in the email in case he wanted to call. I requested a cancellation on my email due to what the manufacturer told me about the legitimacy of the product; but the product arrived and we were told not to use it because the manufacturer could not confirm its legitimacy. I did receive the product and the label on the bottle is slightly different than that of the manufacturers bottle. DailyNutriPlus has NOT responded about the Overcharging, About the Sales Tax and about the Product Legitimacy to use or to ***. At that time in March when I called I got a phone message saying their number was not a working number. Today I tried calling again, and tried to leave a message but got disconnected.

Ordered this product March 2, 2020 (Order #***). On numerous occasions I contacted Nutrifood directly at the number provided on their website and via their customer service site inquiry, in addition to the third party seller (***) who billed me, to inquire about the status and tracking info regarding the order. Customer service on both ends is unaccountable and nonresponse.

The order was urgent, and finally after 6 weeks I received a shipping confirmation. I no longer need the product.

Costumer service via online platform and email are not responsive; and it feels like a scam. No one answers the phone or replies to email correspondence. The *** account charging customers is negligent, and had I known it would take six weeks to receive an order I would have canceled within the first week.

I made a purchase through this company's website and promptly received a payment receipt from *** with the merchant details: ***. I have since been unable to receive any communication from the company. I attempted to use the "Contact Us" portion of their website on 3/26/2020, when no response was received and with the complaints on the Revdex.com's website I submitted a follow up email to the company on 3/30/2020 requesting confirmation of the order and shipping details. I indicated at this time if I did not receive a prompt response I would be disputing the charge and filing complaints with the Revdex.com and ***. At this time, I still have received no communication and the product has not been received. I have initiated the process this evening to dispute the charge and intend to file a complaint through the *** as well.

The website dailnutrifood.com has been offering a product that we manufactured and sell on *** and ***. They have been using the name, pictures, and description of our listing. They claimed 766 units sold on their website yet those units are not from our warehouse inventory. We believe that since they are not an authorized seller they are offering another product using our brand's name. I would like to ask them to remove this listing from their site and stop advertising a product we created.

I had ordered and paid for a 90 day supply of *** tabs. I was sent a 30 day supply. I have e-mailed this company several times over the past two weeks and have not received a reply. I have also called them and left several messages (only get their answering machine) and have not received any reply.

I placed an order on January 24th, 2020. They immediately charged my credit card. It is now March 5th 2020 and I'm still waiting for delivery. Have tried calling numerous times and no one ever answers phone. Messaged them on *** and they read my message but will not respond. Sent numerous e-mails and they will not respond. They have stolen my money.

I have ordered supplements from this website and never received them. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions to resolve the issue. I have yet to receive a response.

I believe their website is fake. All 5 star reviews on all products. Refused to respond to cancellation less than 24 hours after I ordered. Received damaged product. They offer a return on their website so I called. Phone (area code in Jersey) is disconnected. Address in Wyoming??? I believe this is a scam. Thank goodness that I used my *** instead of giving them my credit card number. I initially wanted to cancel because in the fine print they say that they are sourcing from Vietnam and China. My main complain is that they are lying when they say you can return something.
