Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I was overcharge when account set to cancel and made to pay back, which was an error on daily pay end. also a false payment arrangement was set up with out my agreement.

We are pleased to inform the Revdex.com that [redacted] decided to re-activate his account with DailyPay.  The previous misunderstanding has been resolved and the said clients account is in excellent standing.  If [redacted] has any further concerns they know they can reach out to our support team...

for resolution.

Please revisit the Terms of Use.  If a client cancels their DailyPay account and that said client has an outstanding balance then DailyPay reserves the right to collect on that outstanding balance.  There are no fee's or other charges upon collection, simply the principal that was sent out as an advance and nothing more.

DailyPay had sent [redacted] twelve advance payments on his Postmates earnings between the months of August and September for a total dollar amount of...

$315.59. DailyPay had received a total of $294.08 from Postmates to reimburse DailyPay for what they previously advanced to [redacted].   According to the agreed upon terms of use DaliyPay shall debit the bank account, or previous bank account, on file for any negative balance when the client's account is canceled at DailyPay.  Therefore, DailyPay withdrew (via ACH debit) the $21.51 that was over-advanced and nothing more on September [redacted].  There was no interest or transaction fee associated with clearing [redacted]n's negative balance at DailyPay.    Please let me know if there is anything further I can respond to.   Thanks, [redacted]

Regarding contact information - DailyPay's phone number is posted directly on our home page [redacted].  This is accessible to everyone regardless if you are a client or not along with an email address.  Specific to this complaint, DailyPay proactively phoned out to [redacted] immediately after receiving inbound email queries from him stating his concerns.   Regarding overdraft fees - DailyPay is not in a position to pay any bank fee's incurred by the client.  DailyPay had advanced [redacted] his earnings from Grubhub.  That is, DailyPay sent [redacted] his earnings up to seven days earlier than he would have received if he was paid directly from Grubhub.  There is no correlation that DailyPay's services caused [redacted] to overdraft his personal bank account.  If there are any specific questions that remain we will surely do our best to answer.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]1) the website regarding explanation of timing is still not clear and contains imprecise language. Additionally as background the company contacted me offering no relief I guess in attempt to allay my complaints.  Further this company still offers no direct contact other than generic contact emails thus proving the point they have no interest in moving urgently to solve customer complaints.  Finally I would urge the Revdex.com to investigate the nature of this business as it prays on folks in the rideshare economy, offering a service that exploits rather than enhances.  At no point during my issue did the company seek a timely resolution infact dropping me from the chat tool during my attempt to find out what the issue was in the first place.  This company offered no financial relief for cost incurred for overdraft fees due to their ineptness in contacting me.  I continue to pursue complaints with the State of NY and the State of Illinois.  This company is not in any consumers interest and I continue to share my story.  They owe me for 2 od fees plus aggravation, they simply cannot decide at the last minute a account has an issue at five minutes before they close then cut off contact and tell a "daily pay" customer to call back the following day.  What is the point if the service if they dont deliver daily pay.
