I writing you about the complaint that was submitted on 9/8/2016 and was assigned an ID of [redacted]. There was a misunderstanding with our insurance company and we are in the process of reimbursing the customer for the damages that occurred to her vehicle.  Customer was contacted this morning...

the 29th of September. We apologized to the customer about the misunderstanding. She was understanding and accepted the apology.
