I ordered a rope chain but received a herringbone instead and I contacted the company and I couldn't get a response. Finally I got a reply and they told me to send a photo of the product which I did 2 days ago but no reply from them. I just want a return for this product that's it! Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thanks!

To make this right for you, we have sent an RMA with instructions to your email *** on July 6, 2020. You may check your inbox or spam email to see if you have received the RMA number.Please include a copy of this email along with the return. Also, please be advised that the RMA number will only be valid for 2 weeks upon your initial request.

Hi, I have been going back in forward with Daily Sale on an item not received stated - 2/7 by ***. I have went back to Daily Sale to submit a claim 3/9 as requested per ***. This is taking to long to reimburse the money spent on a coat not received.
