I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business is contradicting itself.  They stated that the appraiser determined the amount to repair the damage was $450.00 and then states that they sent an appraiser out to evaluate the cost of the clean-up of his car.  Repair and clean up are two totally different things.  It will probably cost $450 just to clean the mess, but that does not FIX the problems that are now occurring because of this incident.  We are having many electrical issues now.  He also stated that with every interaction with the guest, his demands have escalated.  Not so.  The only thing ever wanted is to have our car fixed.  NOT CLEANED, FIXED!!!  We just want our car back the way it was before a corrosive liquid got spilled on the electronics.

We responded to the guest by the phone number he provided & our VP of Operations left him a message.  No phone call was returned.  The VP then sent him an email to attempt again to contact this guest.  Guest then reached out to the VP stating he never received a...

phone call.  During the course of this conversation guest was very belligerent & abusive on the phone.  VP notified the guest that he would be in touch with the insurance company & that they would reach out to him.  Our insurance company dispatched an appraiser to evaluate the damage on his car.  They determined the amount to repair the damage was $450.  The guest then contacted the VP again & was EXTREMELY belligerent & abusive to the degree that our VP refused to discuss with him any matter until he discontinued this behavior.  Guest calmed down to a degree, then stated, that the amount of $450 was insufficient to make the repairs he felt was necessary.  We responded promptly to his complaint & sent a certified appraiser to evaluate the cost of the clean-up of his car.  He complained to the insurance company about future possible problems with the car.  The insurance company responded that if future problems arise, that can be proven as a result of this incident, that the claim can be amended.  With each interaction with this guest, his demands have escalated each time.  If you require specific documentation with interaction with this guest, we can provide that.Cordially,Hungry Guys LLC.
