ordered with other equipment on 8/31/2015.  The customer was unsatisfied with the unit not removing certain unknown stains from mats.Daimer Industries arranged the pickup and return of the [redacted].The machine was inspected and found to be free from defects and in proper working order.  As no defects or faults with the equipment were found, the customer was issued a refund less standard return charges, including shipping costs and wear/damage, on 10/9/2015. On 10/12/2015 the customer contacted Daimer Industries questioning the assessed charges.  The customer stated that the unit was unsatisfactory, and additionally claimed that assessed charges for damaged components were inappropriate because this damage was present when the machine was initially delivered.  Initial freight damage had not been previously reported. The customer is in no way responsible for freight damage and, regardless of the unit being free from defects, Daimer issued a full refund for the remaining balance on 10/12/2015.Daimer also advised the customer regarding techniques for stain removal. .   While heated upholstery extractors are excellent cleaning tools for cleaning and stain abatement, absolute stain removal cannot be guaranteed and does depend upon the use of a cleaning agent, technique, and the substance that caused the stain.We regret that the customer had an unsatisfactory experience, and invite them to reach out to us with any questions or concerns they have in the future.
