Review: I neve received my package I have contacted this company numerous times with no response all I want is refund of my 227.00 but they refuse to respond to any of my emailsDesired Settlement: To get a refund

Review: On April [redacted] I placed an order with Dainty Dream Hair for three bundles of hair totaling $232.00, I then placed another order on April [redacted] for a silk closure for an additional $131.00. On April [redacted] I contacted the vendor to inquire about express shipping, if my order would not arrive by 4/**/14. I was assured that although their warehouse was closed due to Passover my order was packed and ready to ship and that my orders would be combined. The following Monday and Tuesday, I attempted to contact the vendor regarding my order, requesting tracking information. On Wed. 4/** approx 8:30am I sent another email and finally received a response that they were unaware their warehouse would be closed until Tuesday 4/**/14 (this didn't make sense that a company would not be aware THEIR warehouse would be closed!)At this point I again offered to pay for express shipping, however yet again I did not receive a response. I attempted to contact the vendor later that day (approx. 4 PM)as I still had not receive a response nor an update regarding my package. On the [redacted], I sent another email requesting tracking information, at this time I was advised they did not have my correct email, I explained that I had been communicating with them via email for approx. a week through this email. After more emails I was assured my package had been expressed and I would receive by noon 4/**/14. The package arrived 4/** and was refused. I advised the vendor and was told I would receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. I received a refund for $232. for the first order but not for the 2nd order of $131.00. I waited more than the 3-5 business days for my refund and have filed a dispute with my account holder. The vendor assured me they would take care my case and follow up before close of business, however they did not.Desired Settlement: I would like my account to be refunded. I advised the vendor I would be taking this action and will take additional action if necessary. They explained they have no problem issuing a refund (however they still have not) I have exchanged a total of 35 emails with this vendor with them assuring me they are working on my order or refund to no avail. I am hopeful that you can offer some resolution to this situation.
