I have ordered a few dresses from this really cute boutique onlineAll the dresses fit except one, I sent in my dress with all the proper forms and most importantly my receiptIn the time of ordering the dress and it getting to me and seeing that it didn’t fit, I had since paid my credit card off, and closed the card that I used to purchase my dressI was told by the employee (Alana) of Danity Hooligan that they wouldn’t be able to refund me except to the card that I originally usedI explained again, the card is closed, could we work something out? Again she said “don’t really know what else to tell you, I’m not your credit card company” I’m extremely upset and the poor customer service as wellI did get offered a online credit, so I wouldn’t even have been able to use the return money at my local storeSomething should be put in place for special circumstances like mine, especially since I was a good customer priorI am a manager for a great Ford dealership, and we have things in place to accommodate our customers I told all my friends and family what great place I found onlineNow what a nightmare to get money refunded

Review: I ordered an item from this website last winter and recently started receiving spam email and magazines from Hapers Bazaar. After contacting Harpers Bazaar I was told that they were given my personal address and information from another company. I was able to trace this information back to Dainty Hooligan who apparently signed me up for the subscription. I cannot cancel it since I do not have the information to do so because the owner will not return my phone calls. In fact in the times I have contacted the business they claimed they did not give anyone my personal information so I guess my address does not qualify as "confidential" to them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to cancel my subscription and contact Harpers Bazaar company so I no long receive emails from them.
