The review would have solely been positive if it wasn't for the communication issue where I took off work, met them at my house, and after reviewing the issue they said they would be back in an hour with appropriate tools they needed so I waitedhours later I called the office and found out they told the office they needed to reschedule but no one told meI could have been back at work earlier but missed a few hours instead and where I work, had to stay later than I wanted to make up the hoursTime wasted
