This is a copy of my email to the company (I have not received a reply): Re: Reference Number: [redacted], customer[redacted].I have today returned from my holiday without my cushion. Despite it being marked shipped on 31st July, the parcel did not arrive in the UK until 19th August. We flew on 13th August, so I did not have the cushion for the flight.Nevertheless, this is not why I am emailing you. The parcel was not delivered to my home because you had not paid the correct fees. Therefore, I had to pay an 11.19 ($17.20) customs charge to receive the parcel. I had already paid $18 postage, so this almost doubled the postage cost.
