Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Ms [redacted] called stated that when she was at Dairy Queen no employees had on hair nets that she sawShe stated a reddish blonde hair was found in her burger and multiple people had that colored hairShe mentioned that no blizzards were thrown across the counter, and she never left the storeOne of the other girls left the store to get the blizzards and that individual is the one that has the charges on herMs [redacted] stated that a refund was issued once the blizzards were brought back in the storeShe stated that she has never had that type of service before Regards, [redacted]

Response to 1/27/complaint # [redacted] by [redacted] Ms [redacted] and other ladies came to our DQ and ordered lunch through the DT around 3:on 1/27/After receiving her order, she and her two companions came inside the store and said there was a hair in her cheeseburger-a long reddish hair, which did not appear to match any employee on duty at the timeThe manager on duty apologized and promptly refunded all orders and offered to replace the meals, which was declinedThe ladies then demanded a refund for Blizzards also, which the manager agreed to, asking they return the blizzardsMs [redacted] went out to her car to retrieve the Blizzards and when she returned, she THREW the Blizzards across the counter, striking the manager and then left the buildingI followed the ladies into the parking lotThey had already gotten in their car but drove back to me when they saw me in the parking lotAs I tried to speak with them, their language was EXTREMELY abusive and foul-I had to tell I would only talk to them if they could speak without cussing, etcAfter reviewing the video recording of the incident, especially where Ms [redacted] threw the Blizzards across the counter sticking our manager, I decided to call the [redacted] County Sherriff's officeDeputy B [redacted] responded and upon reviewing the video, said it was assault and battery and said he would locate the ladies based on the tag number I providedThe deputy was able to locate the ladies, identifying Ms [redacted] from our video picture and charged her with assault and batteryAt this point, due to the abusive nature of their visit, there is no resolution for this incidentIf Ms [redacted] and her companions return to the store, they will be banned from the property and charged with trespass if they return.Certainly the hair issue is of concernAll out our employees were wearing health department approved hair restraints at the time this incident occurred and the hair did not appear to match any employeeWe continue to take all necessary precautions for the health and safety of our customers.Sincerely,Terry H***President, [redacted]
