Review: We contracted Daisy Lane Florist to provide flowers for our wedding on 12/14/13. The florist failed to deliver the flowers detailed in the contract. The flowers she delivered were not what was contracted and ruined the look of our wedding. She failed to deliver my Mother , Father and Grandmothers corsages. We were totally ripped off on one of the most important day of our lives. My Mother was crying because her and my Grandmother did't get any corsages . The ceremony was supposed to have red rose pedals full going down the aisle, less than half the aisle had the pedals. 4 flower pillars were not delivered, making the ceremony look empty. The centerpieces were not at all what we paid for. This vender completely ruined the look and feel we wanted for the reception room. We paid her in cash and she did not deliver what was written in our contract.Desired Settlement: Because this was such a important day in our lives, I feel we should receive a full refund.

Review: I booked my wedding with this florist and gave my deposit. I asked [redacted] (The owner) to write up and send me a contact. It took her about 3 weeks to do so.. We made arrangements to have a final meeting about 2 weeks before the wedding date to just over all the timing and such. We confirmed with her the week before the date. When we arrived to the shop it was closed. We waited a few mins and then called the shop no answer. We waited a few more min and called again, no answer. We then called her personal cell she had given us, no answer and the voicemail was full. We waited about 30 min after the time we were supposed to meet, calling and texting [redacted] and the shop. We left and figured we would prob hear from here later that maybe there was an emergency. I called the next day and still couldn't reach her and never heard from her again. I recently saw them advertising a bridal show they were going to and commented letting everyone know what happened, a snotty woman who worked at the shop commented back saying that I was lying and that I did get a call back and that it was too bad that some people are hard to please. I would seriously stay away from this shop. A friend of mine who used her also had a bad experience where things she ordered didn't even get delivered.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit back. I also think it is ridiculous for a business to make untrue, snotty comments at the customers. and to delete negative reviews? no wonder there is no reviews since 2009.
