Hello, my name is [redacted] and I purchased Buiseness Cards from this Buiseness in [redacted] on [redacted] I had some of my old cards left over before I used the New cards from this company. I went to use the business cards for the 1st time and they don't magnetize to anything metal. I called the Owner [redacted] and he said theres nothing I can do. I said well I want a refund? he said I'm not giving you a refund and hung up on me.Product_Or_Service: Buiseness cardsOrder_Number: XXXXXXDesired SettlementI just want a Refund since his Magnetic business cards don't stick to anything.Business Response Mr [redacted] purchased magnetic business cards on[redacted] 2015. He did not report any issues until [redacted] 2015, 21 weeks later. I informed him that he should bring in the cards and if they were defective we have the manufacturer replace them. I told Mr. [redacted] that the manufacturer sends me samples of every order, the samples of his cards are used by one of our employees to hold papers on her file cabinet. He left 5 threatening messages in 15 minutes on our answering machine. He has spoken to another employee and been told the same thing I told him. he has not come in. The cards are Standard Magnetic business cards, The manufacturer is [redacted] I must say the 3 sample cards we have here work as expected. I see no defect.
