we talk to customer, a couple of days ago we explain to him why the wheels were taking so long to get here, we offer to give him his money back, but he said he was going to wait one more week unfortunately only two of the wheels got here yesterday (5-19-15) and the other to got here today
(5-20-15)So we return his money back yesterday to him, but I guess he still wasn't happy with us even though it wasn't our fault for fed ex mistake, but were hoping he would take our apology for wasting hes timeWe are sorry for not getting your parts on time, sometimes its out of control but hopefully you'll find what your looking for

Regarding the Saturn, vue, When the customer pick up his car the last time we went for a test drive together, customer agreed that the car was running good and that he felt it normalNow we did advice him, that it he felt the problem again that most likely his fuel injectors were going to
be badWhen they call again we did tell them to bring in the car so we can check it one more time, customer has yet bring in the car, so unfortunately we can't fix the vehicle if we do not have itWe are still willing to diagnose the vehicle and if there is anything wrong that we did than we will definitely fix it, but if there is something else than that would be up to the customer if they want to fix the problem Sincerly,

I took my car in for a simple diagnostic test. Eddie told me I needed parts replaced. he ended up charging $675.50 for work that was not done properly to my car. In less than I month I have taken my car back to his shop 3 times and the car is still having the same issues. I will NEVER go back to this shop and HIGHLY ADVISE you to not take your business there. I should have listened to the google reviews.

Review: Took my 2007 Saturn Vue to Daisy's tires on 9/9/15. Spoke to E[redacted] & asked him to check all the fluids & to test AC system by running dye through because there was a leak. I let him know that we'd just replaced the coils & spark plugs(all 6). Rcvd a call from him 9/10/15 letting me know my car needed 4 coils replaced. I reminded him that those parts had just been replaced and he assured me that they were not new and that they needed to be replaced. 9/11/15 got a call from E[redacted] that car was ready and AC was running smoothly. 9/12 went to pick up my car and was asked to pay for the services done before getting my keys & being able to check my car. I was charged $675.50 for the 4 coils that were "replaced" and them filling my AC. After paying E[redacted] gave me my keys, I turned on my car and started the AC, felt hot air, gave it a little to get going and it never got cold. I asked the office manager to check my car and he said it should be working but its not. I asked him to please let E[redacted] know it was not fixed. When I went into the office to talk to E[redacted] he then told me if that didn't work it must have a leak. Which is what I said in the first place. He then said it might be 2 other parts one would be $240+ and the other $350+. I never received an itemized receipt for anything. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and left with my car. 9/22 Took my car back because coils 2, 3, & 5 were misfiring according to the smog place. I left the car with E[redacted] who said he'd fix the problem. 9/23 Was called to pick up my car & was told that he replaced the coils & spaced the gap properly in the spark plugs. 9/29 took my car back to E[redacted]s shop because for a 2nd time we took it to smog and coils 2,3 & 5 were still misfiring. E[redacted] again said he was going to fix the problem after denying responsibility. 9/30 Picked up car E[redacted] said he fixed the misfiring & reason for car shaking was motor mounts. 10/1 check engine light came back on & car was still shaking.10/6 still have not rcvd itemized list for any word done.Desired Settlement: All I want is for my car to be running the way it was before I took it to him. There was no Check Engine light on when I took it to him and now it is. Weather he does the work or brings in someone to do it properly. I want my car fixed. I am not asking for money. Just fix my car.

We are still willing to diagnose the vehicle and if there is anything wrong that we did than we will definitely fix it, but if there is something else than that would be up to the customer if they want to fix the problem.

Review: To whom it may concern I A[redacted] Jr. first visited Daisy Tires Corporation on 04/29/2015 with my mother & aunt. As an early Mother's Day gift I bought my mom two front tires and an alignment that same day. I also ordered some 22" wheels for my 2008 BMW 750 LI. The company did a great job on my mom's car that day. E[redacted] whom I assume is the shop manger told me I would be receiving my rims & tires in 2 days. That didn't happen so the he told me the wheels would be arriving in a week, that never happened. I called him on May 7th & he told me I needed to wait 2 more weeks. E[redacted] charged my Pacific Oaks Credit Union card for an amount of $1,642.00 & here we are on May 11th 2015 & I still have no wheels or tires.Daisy Tires Corporation hasn't even called me once with a courtesy call to let me know the status on my tires & rim package. I always have to call them & when I call E[redacted] acts like he's so busy & is in a hurry to hang up with me. I am very upset & frustrated. I would not recommend Daisy Tire Corporation to anyone let alone using your debit/credit card. This is typical "FRAUD" if you ask me!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to like to take Daisy Tires Corporation to small claims court for compensation & wasting my time. Not only to receive a refund but for the underlying stress they have put me through.
