I am rejecting this response because: On 4/24/17 I saw Kevin Z[redacted] enter my home carrying a bucket of liquid which he spilled on my carpeting in the area where the bumps in rug and wetness of the wooden floor.  He then began to rake and rake that area.  I have medical problems from the month of May, 2017, and continuing.  I spoke with Mr. Zaremba (Kevin's father)  on June 23, 2017, and asked him to come look at the ruined carpeting.  He got very angry with me and hung up on me.  I gave Zaremba's cleaning a bad rating on [redacted] and Zaremba Cleaning responded that they did not know me.  I sent in a copy of my receipt from Zaremba's and the review was posted.  They came a day early and was in a hurry to leave.  I had to call for a receipt.  The sofa had been repaired a few years ago, but Keven broke the leg because he pushed it instead of lifting it back in place.  My carpet is only six years old.  I suffer with vertigo when I look up so when I am in my basement I do not lift up my head to see the ceiling.  That is why I did not discover the damage sooner.  I have pictures of the carpeting and the ceiling in basement.

Complaint id# [redacted]The job was completed on 4/24/17. There was NO bucket of liquid spilled on carpet. That does not make any sense, our process is a low moisture system which only uses a professional power sprayer to pretreat, no buckets! Our process never over wets the carpet, and drying times...

are often 1-3 hours. (some cases dry before we leave)We have received best service in carpet cleaning award from [redacted] for the past 3 years! Our family name is on our trucks, we utilize our experience of 20+ years in the carpet cleaning business. We take pride in our work! We groom the carpet after cleaning to lift the fibers. If the customer was suspicious of our grooming that we have always done in the past, why would she not question it? She paid by check and thanked us as usual. Why pay for something not done right? There were no problems with her carpet clean that day! The customer called us in late June to make the accusations listed in complaint. I was on vacation in Florida and my father took the call. She was rude and demanding and my father tried to explain to her that this was too long of a time after the clean to make a complaint, and we never use any buckets nor dump liquids on carpets! 2 months later is too long and not a realistic amount of time “Post Cleaning” to call about a complaint. She could have spilled something or a leak could have occurred. Never mentioned about any buckled plywood, only stating that a bucket of liquid was spilled by me and caused a stain, which is completely ludicrous! It is obvious in this case that something happened (possibly a leak) that this customer is trying to pin on us. I would check with her insurance company to see if she tried to make any claims! Let it also be noted that the customer would have us write invoices for her “carpet warranty” which she “planned on getting new carpet with someday for free.” Any type of water damage would show within a day to 1 week at most! Which shows that she is not telling the truth. Not 2 months! The low amount of moisture that we use in our process would never cause any damage as we have thousands of satisfied customers that would attest to our proven low moisture system. We never have moisture complaints with the method of cleaning that we use! We can provide references if needed. She did leave a bad anonymous review (no last name)on [redacted]; however, [redacted] always posts any review that a customer posts, despite our contesting it. She also mentioned about a sofa leg, which was broken by the customer, not us! She told us that the leg was broken when she pushed her couch to vacuum. We as nice people helped her repair it as it was unstable while moving the couch. This customer is telling falsities throughout this complaint and should not be considered as viable.
