All in all they completed and did the jobs well. However the original contact was undesirable--Rodney's language was rather coarse. I also was very uncomfortable with his request to pay for the estimate immediately when he presented it without having a chance to read it in its entirety at my leisure. He didn't mention that we would have 3 days (according to the contract) to look it over. They had to complete the job at another date and insisted on being paid for that immediately again--without even giving us a copy of the estimate until we requested it after the work was done.
