Per our conversation after the inspection and cleaning was done you had asked me to have someone come back and have it rotary cleaned like it previously had been in the past when we were in the area nextAt that time we were to give you a call and let you knowThat is why we haven't called you yetWe can get you in on Oct23rd between a.m and a.m
We received the [redacted] lead and set you up for an Inspection and estimate on 9/20/ We sent two Estimates on work needing doing, Estimate # [redacted] & ***Estimate [redacted] was to remove the defective liner for the water heater and replace the piping and to apply waterproofing to the entire chimneyEstimate [redacted] was to tear down the chimney to the flashing and rebuild the chimney to the correct height as well as pouring a 4" concrete crownYou said that you would just want to go with estimate [redacted] at that time andWe scheduled you for 11/9/to complete the install of the linerWhen we called the day before the install you said at that time that you decided to go with another companyFrom the first conversation we tell you that there is an inspection fee and that we credit at least half of that back to you with followed through work which is why your weren't charged the Inspection fee because you were following through with work needed doneWhen the install date of 11/9/was set up you asked if there was anything else you needed to doAt that time you were told no because we do not request half down on install's under $and you would pay the amount due day of completionAs stated on the estimates the customer has the right to cancel any work scheduled by midnight of the third business dayIf there is no notice of cancelled work you could be charged 50% of the work that was was suppose to be completed
