There was recently a flood and she started throwing everything out--even stuff that is undamaged--without letting the residents go through to find what's still good. Not everything was damaged!
Do NOT rent from this company! They won't listen to any complaints.
Not doing there job.
Please see attached response from the management company saying they have checked her tenant file and find no record of any maintenance requests or issues on file.
