We visited the [redacted] Residence last week and the concern was addressed by Lee M***, both homeowners were satisfied with the corrective action taken

We are in constant contact with the Building Dept regarding the [redacted] Stairlift Project - including today faxing to [redacted] further Stairlift Specs as he requested

[redacted] emailed me personally at 10:14pm on Monday night 9/14/regarding his Stairlift concern - I replied at 10:49pm from home and reassured him that his concern would be addressed the following morning We reached out to [redacted] wife in the morning and Lee M [redacted] was onsite at the residence at 10:30am that morning and performed further adjustments on the Custom Curved Stairlift to [redacted] satisfaction In further discussions with [redacted] and the Stairlift Manufacturer, it was decided to do more adjustments on Friday 10/2/as per [redacted] request We are in close contact with the [redacted] Family and are committed to see the project through to a mutual satisfactory resolution.Fred M***Able Care Group LLC

I am rejecting this response because: their response is misleading and fails to address the fact that the tile work installation is defective and why they have unqualified individuals performing work that should have been done by a tiling contractorThe current complaint relates to defective work productIt has been weeks since we notified the company of the issue and only today did Lee M*** return my several calls to advise that he would be visiting the home today to "look" at what needs to be repairedIt has yet to be determined if after "looking" at the areas that need to be repaired they will in fact repair the faulty workmanship.

1/30/17.  Able Care Group has reviewed the complaint that was submitted by this family, and we are looking to provide a favorable reply / solution.  This morning we have worked out a further deal with the manufacture which will provide the client a further $2,000 rebate for the issues with...

this order, which will also include a representative from Handicare coming to the home and completing the install of the lift to the satisfaction of the family.  The $2,000 additional rebate, lifetime warranty and the rail, and extended parts warranty is our final offer.  We understand the extended time this has taken in working this out and look forward to a favorable outcome with this client.  Our goal is to have a happy client with a safe and secure stairlift.  Upon the client accepting this offer we will move to get this rectified immediately.  A full warranty and letter from Handicare will also be provided.

The complexity of the permit process is as follows; Zoning Approval, Building
Approval, Electrical Approval, Elevator Approval, and Landlord Approval.  We received the Electrical Permit on Friday October 16th and a full

We have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. We would like to receive a printed Operator's Manual (we received a pdf copy) and a copy of the original warranty for chairlift that we have been asking for. In addition we would like a copy of the final invoice revised to reflect the additional discount, and the details of the lifetime warranty on the chairlift and rail. We have some concerns because Able Care offered this to us previously and we found out that Handicare would not honor what they put in the attached copy of invoice. This should include Able Care's offer to charge no labor if we needed to replace the rail due to any issues.Finally we would also like to get an acknowledgement from Able Care that the Handicare 2000 Chairlift that was ordered was never supposed stop at the mid level landing and Handicare has come up with a work around only after the mistakes on ordering from Lee which caused all these issues. We would also need a picture or description on how the workaround will work based upon my fathers Parkinson's and loss of sight we want to make sure that he can use the switch that is required.Once we can review this information we get from Able Care and the Manufacturer Handicare, this would be an agreeable solution.Thank you for assisting us in this resolution,[redacted]
