In regards to [redacted] our business did the inspection as advertised and supplied it to Mrs [redacted]. The company who does the warranty also checks to see if they are done as they don't want claims that were prior to the warranty. We not only covered the fluids and diagnostic which is not covered...

under the warranty I also paid the deductible and sent a check for over $300 to the repair shop. I explained these items to [redacted] and she was not happy with the answers. We went above and beyond for her and I am a five star dealer that has a great reputation. This claim is a joke
