I am rejecting this response because:
The money was not withdrawn from the accountI was removed from the account while my money was still in the
account. This has nothing to do with the withdrawal of funds, it has everything to do with my name being removed from the account, removing my ability to access my moneyThe majority of the money was still in the account at that timeI have records up until that point that show that the money was still in the account when my name was removed

The account in question, was a joint account, which states either party has access to withdraw all or part of the account funds
