First, I will say that EVERY line of* complaint is inaccurate at best to downright falsethis job request came to me through a *** that I provide service forThe work-order came to me on July 22nd and in accordance
with their written policy, (which he has and agreed to), I was to contact the customer by the end of the next business day, which I didI suggested an appointment either Thursday july 23, or Friday july *** very rudely told me that I would HAVE to come over the weekend as he worked during the day until about 5pmI told him that that weekend wouldn't work, but I would make an exception to my business hours and come to his house on Monday july after 5:30pm, when he got home from workHe complained about me not making the appointment over the weekend, but agreed to Monday after he got home, at 5:30pmMonday july I was working on a job that had some unexpected delays come up & I called *** sometime between 4:& 5:00pm and told him of the situation & that I could not leave this job for at least several more hours, but I could certainly come the next day, again after hours for his convenienceHe was immediately very rude, aggressive and demanding & said, "then I expect you to be here in a few hours then" I told him I would not be able to do that, but again, could come the next dayHe then proceeded to yell at me more, trying to tell me that the reason we had to set the monday appointment was that I wasn't able to find any time last week - which was not true, I reminded him that we had to set the appointment based on HIS scheduleI then suggested to him that we could call the warranty company & get someone else to try to come as soon as possibleHe continued to rudely demand that I come to his house later that nightI again told him I could not do that & told him I would call the warranty companyI then immediately called the dispatch & informed them of the situation & they redispatched another service provider
1) At NO time did I ever tell him that I was too busy & that I didn't need his job;
2) HE was the one who would not reschedule;
3) The appointment was NOT scheduled week in advance;
4) I called him AHEAD of the appointment time to tell him of the situation & try to reschedule
I set the appointment around when HE got home from work - and I am the one who facilitated a new service provider for his job, thus resovling the matterI followed up with the warranty company to make sure he was taken care of & was informed that a note is in the file that *** told the warranty company that he no longer wanted to have my company come to his house

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Let's keep things simple
Technician was suppose to arrive on Monday 7/from 5:30pm to 6pm (per agreement)
I was with home insurance company and called his company together at 5:44pm for status update
My home insurance company said "technically, they still have more minutes to respond."
So I hanged up with my home insurance and waited
Technician did not reach out to me or insurance company until after 5:59pm (from 5:59pm to 6:01pm- min phone call)
I called my home insurance company to report technician as a no show at 6:02pm
Because a "no show" is not acceptable per their standards, they allowed me to go out-of-network and use a vendor of my choice
I am releasing parts of my phone records to back up my story(please see attached file)
Home insurance company can also back up my story
BOTTOM LINE - Technician was a "NO SHOW" and did not communicate to anyone in advance
This vendor cost me time and is dishonest
You can see for yourself from my phone records that he made statements in his responses on this*** report
I would strongly not recommend this vendor to anyone

Mr*** is NOT telling the truth (again)He did NOT call me, I called him to tell him of the situation that I could not make it to the appointment
Mr***'s agreement and contract are with *** - not ***(I am only a sub-contract service provider for ***)
Mr***'s contract with *** states that he has to make himself/premises available during business hours for work to be done - he refusedI tried to work with him to come to him after hours & it did not work out that nightI CALLED HIM to make him aware
I CALLED *** to have his job re-dispatched to another company
This matter IS resolved as far as *** is concernedAny further questions or call records, or any other issues should be directed to *** at *** *** He has all the records of this job, (including call notes) and is the person who is in charge of any disputes regarding the matter
