Good afternoon to all, This company did everything possible in benefit of Ms*** *** deal, in fact, we extended the time to reposes the vehicle to give her time so she can submit proof of payment sent to CAPS, unfortunately, CAPS and the customer we are not able to submit that proof of payment, but to make sure we did the right thing we called CAPS several times looking for a payment confirmation, but as of today there is no payment received. This company will do everything to make sure our customers are satisfied, unfortunately, there was nothing else we could do to help Ms***nWe worked everything on our endAll involved employees were doing their best to help customer like Ms***. In fact, there is a google review (providing a lot of information of a particular case) that doesn't have a name but based on the words of the review, it relates 100% Ms*** case We are more than happy to submit any documentation the Revdex.com will request regarding this case. I am rejecting this response because: This is informationWhen I spoke to you all, I informed you that the tow company pulled off with my vehicles trunk still open and I had papers in there and the receipts for the money ordersI have proof with home security footage that the vehicle was wide open as they drove off. The fact still remains that that according to CAPSthey assigned my contract back to you all on March 21, and you all NEVER contacted me to let me know, considering I would have had to come into you all and sign another contract for the car to be financed with SFM! You all did not send for the vehicle until April 14, 2018. You all have my receipts in the trunk, unless they came out when the trunk was open and the tow company pulled offI want my $back that I paid you allEVERYTHING Tthat y’all are doing is fraudulent and I don’t appreciate itY’all NEVER call back when you say you will, and even the lady over finance Perla says that after her looking into it she says that it was bad communication on yalls company for not contacting me to let me know anything. So so please take responsibility for YOUR COMPANIES wronging and give me my money backIf not then I will pursue contacting every news station in the Austin area, and I will file a lawsuit on you all and have your company investigated immediatelyBecause you all conduct business doing a lot of fraudulent activity.

Ms. [redacted] was approved by Credit Acceptance Corporation on 3.05.2018 for an auto loan, a down payment of 3,000.00 was required at the moment but Customer had 2,000.00 only, those were accepted and in agreement (signed) to pay the rest of the down payment of $1,000.00 (called deferred down...

payment) in our office, not the Credit Acceptance Corporation, but customer said she sent payment to CAPS, the 1K of deferred and the first payment with a money order with the payment stub that she received by CAPS, payment was not confirmed with CAPS and a few calls were made to CAPS in front of customer with clear words from CAPS representatives that there is no record of payment being received from Ms. [redacted], it will take 3 to 4 weeks to received the payment, in case payment is not receive the customer can go to the store where the money order was purchased to request cancelation and redo the money order for payment, as of today 5.5.18 customer has not come to proof that payment was sent, CAPS stated that those payments have not received. CAPS reassigned contract to San Fernando Motors stating that proof of income has been categorized as fraudulent and for this reason the contract was reassigned to us, due to this decision SFM took ownership of the vehicle, due that customer did not pay the deferred payment of 1,000.00 we had to repo the vehicle for breaking the agreement to make deferred down payment signed on 3.05.2018 by customer. We invited the customer to return to our offices to submit proof of payment a few times but she continue saying that she sent payment with money order to CAPS. We were please to help our customer looking for the best way to keep this deal open but due to the facts that we have faced we determined to repossesses the vehicle and send the letter by mail regarding the status of the vehicle. We received a negative review in google regarding this deal but who ever submitted did not say the name. By facts that the review has we know that this is in regarding [redacted]'s deal. We responded to it professionally and respectfully in all matters. Note: We contacted CAPS a few times and every call we received the same answer, a payment from Ms. [redacted] has no been received; confirmed. Thank you!

[redacted] has complained that he was over charged $25.00 for our maintenance package. The package includes an oil and filter change, 35 point vehicle...

inspection by an ASE master certified technician and a free car wash. We have contacted [redacted] and [redacted] All three of these businesses charged a similar amount for an oil and filter change only. We believe that our advertisement is very clear about some vehicles needing either more oil or more expensive filters. While we firmly believe that we are changing a fair amount for our services we will send [redacted] a check for $25.00.

I accept the settlement of $25 as being adequate to close the complaint, however I have proof of the cost I have paid for the subject filters in the last two years. It is not worth pursuing the issue further just to make my case and obviously I will not use their services in the future.

To who it may concern, I am replying to the complaint by [redacted].  To start with the car that we are discussing is a 1997 Subaru with a salvage title. It requires a [redacted] key to start the engine. There are too many substandard modification to list. Our assessment of this vehicle was honest...

and accurate. The customer service issues that took place were just as much Ms. [redacted]’s doings as anyone. She gave us at least three different  phone numbers  and a very confusing list of which ones we could reach on at different times of the day. We have recorded phone calls and voice mails on which she was verbally abusive with my staff. A vehicle with this many problems can only be repaired one step at a time. We began with our electrical testing procedure. This lead us to believe that we needed a new battery cable to get the car to start. It was at this point that Ms. [redacted]’s stopped with any further repairs and took the vehicle. At this point we do not believe that we owe Ms. [redacted]’s a refund.
