This customer is not telling the truth He was advised of the discount which at the time he did not have his number so it get wrong up as a no discount reservation and (His wife made the reservation not him) and she was told that they would or she would need to bring the number in and give it
to the reservationist before they registrar and pay the remaining half otherwise the reservation would go thru as a non discount and we would not refund they discount at a later time She did not do this so it went thru as a non discount reservation He then came in the next day and was unset with her and us for not getting his discount Everything was explained to him and he started to make all kinds of threats and statements about calling the Revdex.com, *** ***, and the like He is not telling the truth and is using any organization he chooses to vent He is mad at whoever the lady was who made the reservation more than anything Our company is done with this matter Thank yo u for bring it to our attention Hopefully sometime in the future your organization and ones like your will put checks and balances in place to deter this abuse

The company's response is unexceptable ...
because it does not address the problem or allow any communication . the owners of the campground will not allow the management of the campground to give out their phone numbers, or email address for any contact or allow him to make a decision on this matter. So now it appears they will not respond to your request, any additional help or suggestions will be helpful to me .
How do we proceed from here,what is our next step?

When a guest is checked out, the computer shows that the site is open and available. The agent who may have used the same RV site would have had no way of knowing that this was a site previously reserved by another person who checked out early. We do not block sites so they appear to be unavailable in the reservation system when a guest has checked out early. If the guest had not checked out, the site would have appeared to be unavailable in the reservation system, and would not have been used.

Thanks for the explanation on how the reservation system works. however the facts remain , I paid for those three day's & the resort rented that site & collected for those same three day's . All I'm asking for is only what is fair & right !!!! Please refund the three day's rent that I'm entitled to.The resort will not be out any money since they rented the site . I know anyone else would feel the same way in the same circumstance. This is only good business & the right thing to do .I would not have left early except for the accident & having to return to Florida for the surgery consultation with the Orthopedic surgeon.
