We at Dakota Spas are very sorry to hear about [redacted]’s pool issue. We did take pics that she sent us & forwarded them to the pool supplier, Legacy pools USA.They absolutely denied the claim stating that it was caused by ice damage. They flat out said it was caused by the home owner & they...

would not help them, no replacement. After speaking with [redacted], we sent a repairman out to look at the damage, he agreed, he would not want to be responsible for doing a repair. He did not think it would stand up. We are very sorry, but it is a manufactures warranty & they will not help out.   Sorry   Bill / Dakota Spas
