They (dakota} believed in what their driver has said, but they don't even send somebody to checked what damaged had been done by the driver.They know that the driver was at fault that's why they're giving me two bluestone steps, but who will removed the broken steps and install the new one?

Review: On June *, 2015,I make an order of paver stones and some materials totaling $727.57 and to be delivered in my house on June **, 2015 . The delivery was made that day around 10:00am and after the delivery, my son called me at work and told me that the two bluestone steps was broken by the delivery man. I told my son to take a picture on the damage steps. That bluestone steps was just installed two weeks ago, and the delivery man broke it. I called Dakota Supply right away and I talked to someone in the store and told him what happened. He asked me how does it broke and I told him that it was your delivery man. He asked for my phone number and I gave him my cell phone number and told me that the delivery man wasn't at the store yet, but he don't even called me back. The next day, I went to the store and show him the picture of the damage steps, and he told me that he is going to give me two new bluestone steps and told me that's all I can do. I emailed the Dakota Supply twice but they never answer my email. I just want my steps to be replace by them because they are the one who broke it. This is not the first time that I bought something from them. We've been patronizing their store and they don't even acknowledge their mistake.Hoping that this will be resolved soon. Thank You.Desired Settlement: Just replace the broken steps just like it was installed before they broke it.
