We do not have a repair facility so we sublet out our repairs *** had *** *** arrange an appointment with Ed's Auto Center for the squealing beltWe had both belts replaced The noise was still there so the belt tensioner was replaced That took care of the noise as promised on the We-Owe
We put a NADN warranty on most of our vehiclesIt is underwritten by the *** *** Corporation not Millennium MotorsThe customer is made aware of t:n at at the time of delivery and signs Guardian's contract and is given a copy of the
contract and pamphlet of covered components They can take the vehicle to any repair facility they choose *** *** is accepted at most repair facilities The issue would be whether the repair is cove red
I have spoken with ** at his shop and he is willing to work with both the customer and with us to see that warranted items be taken care of, or the customer is welcome to use their own shopWe never tell customers they have to use the shops we use other than for what was on our We-Owe

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

They did offer another vehicle I chose a Chevy Equinox the car went into the shop one week and they kept telling us that it was ready then not ready when it was time to pick up the vehicle and we still had no vehicle.  Two weeks passed and finally we asked for our money back.  He only agreed to give us 700 dollars back, at that time he was informed that I will and want all my money back and took the 700 dollars because at that time my fiancé had lost his job from all this mess.  I want my balance of 500 dollars that is due to me.  Millennium Motors have put us in such a rut.  I am now in the process of my lights being turned off on Monday and no place to live.  this is crazy.  And honestly I met someone else that purchased a car from him that's having the same problem.  I am not happy and want the balance of my money.

We are in receipt of you letter. After numerous attempts of trying to satisfythem we are now in the process of trying to put them into another vehicle.

WE. HAVE TRIED TO ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMER THE BEST WE COULD. THE SECONDVEHICLE THEY HAD CHOSEN HAD JUST COME IN AND WE WANTED IT CHECKED IN. WITH THE HlSTORY WE HAD WITH THIS CUSTOMER WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS RIGHT. HE BROUGHT THE 1st VEHICLE BACK WITH A NOISE IN THE FRONT END. IT WAS DIAGNOSED AS ASPOKEN DIFFERENTIAL FROM DRIVER ERROR.WHEN WE SPOKE WITH THE PURCHASER, HE AGREED TO THE $700.00 REFUND, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.  WE FEEL WE HAVE DONE ALL WE CAN SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED AS IS.
