the quote is accepted, final measure done by our fabricator, and deposit check received from customer. Customer was also told the final payment is due at the time of installation.
Customer approved quote approximately two weeks later and we scheduled a final measure to be done by our fabricator. We also informed the customer that our fabricator would need the sink to be available at that time. When our fabricator did the final measure, the sink was not available and the information the customer provided regarding the sink was not adequate to fabricate from. At that time we offered to use a sink supplied by our fabricator so the project wouldn't be delayed any longer. Nothing was ever stated about plumbing accessories being included with the customers original sink.

Through the entire process, the customer was very difficult to work with. Very demanding, vague during discussions, and completely ignoring our terms.
Having been in business for 17 years and having just this one complaint, we think our track record and reputation stands for itself. We feel that no additional action is required.
