I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below He sent me an email that stated "I am willing to make an off to you if you would like a refund"How about stop threatening with an invoice I HAVE PROOF you said no other charges will be madeAnd he said "I damaged my own furniture (REALLY) to falsify a claim" WHAT? Offer his worker's alcohol? They took it amongst other food itemsThis whole situation is as I stated is factualHis supposed workers did NOT complete the job and I have pictures and notarized statements from the new movers who had to what they did do and then finish the jobI lost a day of work because these inept workers of his couldn't even complete the job they were hired for, much less in seven ridiculous hoursThe two yr olds they brought back (yes, they left without completing the job and had to come back) walked off the job, so I sent them all away from my home because of the pathetic work they were doing PLUS it was dark and going on 9pm at nightI had planned to be in NC at that timeThe accusations and lies just keep coming"I am the only one from customers in yrs with complaints"I have been told of their reputation in the area of Virginia, so I guess it should come as no surprise that his story keeps changing, I can get notarized statements from parties that were impacted as a result of this company's inability to act as a professional company.I know what is needed to resolve this, more expenses will be added to this number Regards, [redacted]

All I can offer is a refund of the serviceThere is no invoiceWe were working for free the last hours of the jobWe were unable to complete the remaining of the moving Help because you told us to leaveAll we are is a bunch of friends that help people moveSorry we didn't meet your expectationsAll I have to offer is a full refund of servicesI want this resolved as much as you do however [redacted] only gives me percent of what you paid for so I will have to pay out of my own pocket for the remaining of the original service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is mannerly acceptable, though I am not happy at all that I had to go this far, the threats and accusations made to me by Dakota or the undue stress this issue has caused meHis wife has more of an understanding of customer service than he does, clearlyI want to also provide clarity to what Dakota is saying because it is STILL not true.I will wait for the business to provide me with a total refund and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI spoke with this person's wife who has a better grip on things that he doesI told her all that transpired that day and the fiasco that ensuredOne thing I want to make a LARGE note on his saying that "they were unable to complete the job because I told them to leave", let me clarify this statement because this is not trueThese "workers" had been at my house for two hours (7-9pm) and had done little to nothing in the way of moving meI had to pitch in and move my belongings because these men were doing absolutely NOTHINGWhen the two yr olds copped an attitude and walked off the job after arguing with the lead guy, ***, THAT is when I told them ALL TO LEAVEThe lead guy, ***, had the nerve to then turn around and start arguing with meI had had enough at that pointI was no closer to getting moved that I was at 2pm when they left the first timeI was supposed to BE moved to NC by then, I had contracted REAL movers to unload me the next morningBut NOW, I had to hire NEW movers to come and clean up the mess Dakota's men made AND finish the jobSo enough, okayENOUGHDakota wasn't even there to see any of this so whatever he feels the need to write here in what his "workers" keep feeding himI just found out that the second guy, ***, doesn't even work for themHe has no business working for a moving company in the poor physical shape he is in, apparently had had a stroke and was numb in his left armThank you to ***, this man's wife, for taking the time to speak to me in a civil manner, let me tell her what REALLY happened and work to provide me resolution to a very disruptive situation that could have easily ended up in a courtroom with Dakota losing a lot more moneyI will be expecting a full refund of $and $to total $When I have been refunded that amount, this issue can be considered resolvedLarge lesson learned on my part Regards, [redacted]

I offered a refund and it was denied. I will not be agreeing with an offer like that when the customer had the service complete and and was trying to give my helpers alcohol. There were no damages to any furniture or structure in the process.

All I can offer is a refund of the service. There is no invoice. We were working for free the last 2 hours of the job. We were unable to complete the remaining of the moving Help because you told us to leave. All we are is a bunch of friends that help people move. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. All I have to offer is a full refund of services. I want this resolved as much as you do however [redacted] only gives me 25 percent of what you paid for so I will have to pay out of my own pocket for the remaining of the original service.
