Dropped car off and asked how long the repair would takeJust asked for an estimated time, nothing exactI was told "we can not tell you how long your car will be here"I think that is an unacceptable response to customerI was given a digit code and was told that I should go online to their website to check the status of my car daily, using that code to access my vehicle's picture and progressI checked the website daily (for the days my car was in their shop) and my car never appeared on the websiteUpon picking the car up a week later, I asked about this and was told that my car was not on the site because I was only having a bumper replacedThen why give me the four digit code and tell me to check the website??
I received NO communication from them concerning my car for daysNo phone calls or emailThey called me at 3:15PM on day and stated that my car "should" be done by end of business (5PM, which I think are banker's hours)They would call me back and let me knowI related that I lived min away and could not get there in time if they called me back at 4:to state that my car was done I would not be there by They stated that I could pick the car up the next morningThe work completed was fine, no complaintsThis shop has a total lack of communication with the customer
