After working with our Customer Service Manager, Tessa B and our credit and collections associate, Ronald today, we were able to unravel most of the issue related to the complaint We have been working with the customer for some time to meet their concerns and correct the issue In all fairness to the customer, much of what was listed in the report was rooted in truth, though circumstances skew the issue somewhatWe have no intention of holding on to credit due to the customer, and will connect with them tomorrow to let them know that our credit/collections department is or has already issued them a check per their request We will be mailing this to them directlyHopefully, we will be able to repair the relationship with this customer, so that they may again consider us a valuable resource to their business
