I have asked Kates Ortho to add a credit of $159.00 to my statement every month for Flexsave purposes since of June 2011. Each month I have to wait for someone in their office to fax a ledger payment to Flexsave for reimbursement by the 15th. It is exhausting and frustrating to call them then wait for them to send it to get my money back. I have waited up to 90 days (last year) and I'm still waiting for the July 15th payment. I left a voice mail on Saturday. I talked to a rep at Kates Ortho on the phone today. The woman I talked to was very polite and professional and she apologized for not sending it. She said they currently do not put payments on the statements but they plan to do it in the future. I have also talked to [redacted], another professional and Dr. Kates too. [redacted] is a very nice professional at Kates Ortho, but I do not like the system of calling them when they forget. I think it would be easier for them and me if they record my electronic payment on the monthly statement they mail to me. I am currently waiting for them to mail my July payment and I'll probably have to remind them in 2 days on the 15th of August. [redacted] has been very good at faxing the payment to Flexsave in some months over the last year, but when she is absent or on vacation, I do not get it. I get a statement from other doctors and other creditors and my payment is recorded on the monthly statement. Please convince Kates Ortho to change their statement to reflect my monthly electronic payments.
