First of all we were doing this guy a favor by squeezing this guy in because the business he had booked his original appointment through had a scheduling error. We did the job, he paid his bill seemed happy at the time. The next day he called...
and complained that the place he booked originally told him he paid to much well that is based on there rates, had he asked prior to the work being completed he would have known how much it would be. We charge a flat rate price to change front brake pads and rotor on most vehicles. Now that being said I told him because, us and the other mentioned repair shop send a lot of work back and forth to keep every one happy I'd issue him a refund in the amount of $[redacted] just to save face, which I did in the form of a check (check #[redacted]) on May,16,2016 and placed it in is self addressed envelope that he supplied so if he hasn't received he should have phoned me back and I would gladly issued an other cheque!

I received the refund check two days after filing my complaint with Revdex.com. The response was they have a flat rate for the job they did. When I asked if they charged by the hour they said yes. [redacted] I accept the check to close the issue.
