We are sorry we can not come to an agreement on thisWe did perform the work as we said we would, and our facts of this matter are as statedThe clog we cleared from the first job was not the cause of the second blockage you experiencedIt is stated in our Terms and Conditions that we do not warranty stoppagesThis has been our stance on stoppages since we have been in business, and will continue to do so as we can not control what the customer puts down the drain lineAgain, as stated in the first response, the first blockage was caused by algae in the AC drain line in the open p-trap atticThe second blockage was caused by hair that had built up in the sink drain line below the lavatoryThese stoppages were in two separate locations and were cleared using a cabling machineAfter each stoppage was cleared, our technician tested the lines to make sure they were flowing properly

algae can build up due to cold condensationThis will deposit anywhere from 5-gallons of water a day, depending on the humidityUpon clearing this stoppage the drains were tested, and were found to be flowing freely by our technicianWe do not warranty drain stoppages, as we cannot control what gets put down the drainAlso, cabling the drain lines does not scrub the pipes clean, it will simply poke a hole in itIn this case, the original stoppage was located less than ft down the lineApproximately three weeks later we received an emergency call by Mr*** stating that their sinks in the upstairs bathroom were clogged and overflowingWe responded to the call and sent a technician as soon as possibleThe customer was then charged for a secondary blockage located further down the lineApproximately ft past the original blockageThis secondary stoppage was caused by hair in the drain lines, not algaeThis is something we do not warranty for obvious reasonsOur response to the customer’s requests are as follows” 1.) We will not refund any charges associated with either trip, as all pricing was given upfront and approved by the customer2.) We will not remove any statements from our website, as the customer signed on both occasions that he was in fact 100% satisfied with the service he received3.) We did not cause any water damage, and will therefore not be responsible for any damages that occurred to the home4.) I'm sorry, maybe you didn't read my previous correspondence with the company. As previously stated, they have a satisfaction guarantee, & on the 2nd service visit to fix the initial job (the $500), I did NOT sign off that I was satisfied or authorize payment & my signature was forged by their technician which is illegal as I'm sure you are aware. The company may not warranty their work but the ARE responsible for lawful operation & for the work being properly executed, if it was done improperly that is their responsibility regardless of their warranty policy.Can you provide some details of what type of inspection you are asking for? From a professional plumber? I've already lost $800 for a simple pipe unclog job, I'm hesitant to pay MORE money to have someone inspect a job that was not done right only to have JD again say they aren't doing anything about it. My next step is to take them to small claims court, that is money I am willing to invest. If you can provide details of the type of inspection you'd like done and I think this would benefit me when I take them to court I'd be willing to consider it.
